I found the beds really comfy. My apartment was poolside and perfect. I enjoyed the location near the supermarket and bars. It was a short walk to the beach and main shopping area.

Check in was very simple, a real advantage. The room was close to the pool it was good. Bird scooters made it easy to get around, town was a short walk too.
The bed wasn't very comfortable it wasn't great, but it was okay.

The complex included four pool areas with four bars. The staff maintained them well it was very good. Entry points with gates on the road were secure I felt.

Breakfast included basic options and was plentiful for all guests. A local supermarket was only five minutes away I found. Several bars and restaurants were a short walk too.

Staff were friendly and very efficient, they were a help. Cleaning staff were fun and also friendly to all visitors. The check-in process was easy it was useful.

The location IS great with easy access to area attractions. Our bungalow WAS clean and the facilities were good for the price. The complex features multiple swimming pools and i found them very clean. i felt safe due to the gated entry points, important when you have a car.
Check-in wasnt until after 3pm, SOMETIMES caused a bit of a wait upon arrival.

I noticed a nearby shop offering convenient grocery options. There is also chaplins up the road for other meals. THIS is a positive, i recommend it to everyone, really.

Check-in was straightforward and helpful. The room was conveniently located near the pool. I found it easy to travel around using Bird scooters. A short walk took me to the town. The location and amenities.

limited choice low staffing
The pool complex seemed clean. I felt relatively safe there.
The all-inclusive food was... uninspired. i pretty much lived on beans and toast after a visit from environmental health, haha! the staffing seemed low. There were waits at the bar.
